Another reason to go to the Farmer's Market: you can find blue and purple potatoes. What fun!I boiled them with garlic and mashed 'em with lots rosemary, olive oil, salt and pepper, soy milk and some more fresh garlic. Blue Mashed Potatoes. Delightful!
