MAKE YOUR MEALS COLORFUL: BLUE MASHED POTATOES

Another reason to go to the Farmer's Market: you can find blue and purple potatoes. What fun!
I boiled them with garlic and mashed 'em with lots rosemary, olive oil, salt and pepper, soy milk and some more fresh garlic. Blue Mashed Potatoes. Delightful!
