CORN SALAD

The makings of a great local corn salad are so simple: fresh corn, tomatoes, red onion and cilantro (lots), olive oil and some lime juice. Some fresh avocado takes it all to the next level.

Love the colors, this is perfect for right now. Our corn is in season and very sweet right now.
