I used to be a potato chip fiend, Utz my brand of choice. I rarely get the urge these days, but just as I was about to run out and grab a bag, I stopped and decided to make fresh potato chips myself. Its not that hard and very rewarding.

I cut three potatoes very thinly then fried them in olive oil (not extra virgin) until brown. Then I topped them with fresh sea salt. The I ate 3 potatoes worth of potato chips. Delicious ... and gluttonous.

Yum!! I do this with Zucchini too, but I usually bake the chips! I'll have to try my own potato chips since I never have before!
Great idea. I love frying in olive oil, so good. Most people think you can't fry with it, but it works too. I'll have to do this some time. I usually make French fries but I think my family would like these for a change!
Great, as long as you realize that the best ea salt comes from the saline in Sicily.
Utz are the best! These look pretty great too I'd say!
