I used to be a potato chip fiend, Utz my brand of choice. I rarely get the urge these days, but just as I was about to run out and grab a bag, I stopped and decided to make fresh potato chips myself. Its not that hard and very rewarding. I cut three potatoes very thinly then fried them in olive oil (not extra virgin) until brown. Then I topped them with fresh sea salt. The I ate 3 potatoes worth of potato chips. Delicious ... and gluttonous.
